Victor G. Schweitzer, M.D.
A graduate of the UCLA School of Medicine, Dr. Schweitzer continued his training at UCLA for both his medical internship and residency in Radiation Oncology. Dr. Schweitzer is board certified in radiation oncology. His publications include research regarding stereotactic irradiation for brain tumors, prostate cancer, and the interaction between radiation and chemotherapy. He also has an interest in Internet applications for radiation oncology. Dr. Schweitzer is a member of the American Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO), American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), American College of Radiology (ACR), and the American Medical Association. He has served as President of the Antelope Valley/Eastern Sierra unit of the American Cancer Society and as president of the Simi Valley/Moorpark unit of the American Cancer Society. Dr. Schweitzer is also a past chair of the Simi Valley Hospital Cancer Committee.
Dr. Schweitzer is director of the Simi Valley Radiation Oncology Medical Center in Simi.
